Neurodiversity-Affirming Support
At our Wonder Centres, we believe that autistic children deserve acceptance and support-not a cure. We are committed to creating a safe, dignified, and nurturing environment where each child is respected and honoured for who they are and supported to thrive. Through individualized, strength-based support and a culture of belonging, we empower children to build confidence, develop skills, and embrace their unique abilities as they grow.
CLIENT - CENTRED CARE
At Wonder, we focus on supporting meaningful skill development that helps autistic individuals live fulfilling, self-directed lives. To reflect these values, we intentionally use language that centres strengths, autonomy, and growth. For this reason, we refer to our reports as Goal Plans. Traditionally, plans written by Behaviour Analysts or Consultants have been referred to as Behaviour Plans, Treatment Plans, or Assessments. For some families, this language can imply that a child’s behaviours or autistic traits need to be “fixed.”
MEET OUR TEAM
